Use it every shift on the ambulance. A great asset to EMS!

Got this for my EMT class, while the concept is nice, it ended up just being annoying and more of a hassle than anything. It's too large even on my 6'7" frame and likes to catch on things and fall off, the slot on top for pen lights doesnt work well and they would fall out or bump into things and turn it on. At my school we had to have real EMT uniforms that have many pockets that are much better for holding gloves and anything else this holds. I have seen other packs that are more of a drop down style rather than wide that worked much better. I would avoid.

Velcro on top flap not very strong, pouch itself is a little small. Strap to hold scissors appears backwards.

I keep this on the visor of my truck. It holds everything you need for ppe. The Velcro on the Sheer holster is a little lose so just watch out for that.
