I bought the XL, and I am 6'2 and go between 188-190 most of the time. It fits a little loose, and is certainly not skin tight. The XL is comfortable for my build.

Do these shirts shrink after washing?

The shirts are poorly made and stretch- not very good workout clothes

At what temperature should these be washed? Are they ok to put in the dryer? There are no washing instructions

I have washed them in warm water several times and dried in the dryer each time with no shrinkage or fading. So far they have surpassed my expectations....very pleased.

It is normal size, you can see the details in size chart picture.
