Seemed a good idea but the handle was rather too short and the tines not as sturdy as I expected.

Good quality. Only issue I have is that to push down and pull up is very stiff. Needs lubricated or adjusted if a screw controls this. Other than that it works. Telescopic retractable teeth leaf rake.UPDATE: meant to update this in 2021, but it’s 2022. The retractable method in principle is good, however watch the prongs when doing so, as the very end one bends when you retract it. Just the springy mechanism which makes it difficult.

This rake is sturdy but the handle keeps sliding down when you use it and the spokes keep twisting round,waste of money

After 30+ years, my old rake broke (the handle did, anyway). I looked for a new one, and this one seemed the best buy available. Seems sturdy enough, and a good brand. Raked some moss out of our lawn, and the birds seem happy with the moss (shade of a neighbour's large tree creating moss).The rake seems quite good. I'll update if needs be.

This is absolutely brilliant,have always used a heavier duty garden rake but wanted an alternative lighter option and this fits the bill.Light weight, good adjustment with the telescopic attachment and you can adjust the head to full width or narrower, giving you the option of getting into tighter spaces were you can’t with a normal rake.

Initially, I liked this rake. However, the rod has now broken in half - at a similar place to the other photos published here. It is clear from the broken ends, that the construct is poor and this rake was never going to be durable.No I do not recommend.

At first I thought this was a great tool. Very light weight very handy folding down and excellent prongs for leave's, after one week of use the join in the centre of the rake broke. I have used a wooden broom handle to fix the raking head to and is useable as the raking head is excellent just cannot fold it down now.

I have no complaints about the product. I am really and truly happy I bought it. Does the job beautifully. For me the most important fact about it: IT IS LIGHTWEIGHT to USE and FIT FOR PURPOSE.
