It holds a cup full of granulated sugar, maybe a little more than a cup. It's super cute. Arrived in extra secure packaging. The top has a hole for the spoon so, yes, there is always a little opening (not sealed) what you put into it will depend on if you don't mind it sealed. It looks black and white. Spoon is delicate as well. But again, very nice. Will see how the spoon holds up but to be honest the look of the bowl is nice and if the spoon broke I would just buy a small replacement spoon.

I bought this to replace an older sugar bowl that matches nothing on my kitchen counter sitting next to the coffee maker. It's the perfect size for our use (just my husband and I) and it's very pretty matching well with marble salt and pepper shakers I found on Amazon.

The bowl and lid are cute and as expected. The spoon was in a LOT of pieces inside the plastic wrapped around it.Update: The seller reached out to me and made things right. I'm raising my rating based on excellent customer service.

I love it. My husband not so much - thinks he's going to break it. It's small but lovely and will suit most decor.

I love this sugarbowl. It comes with a very small spoon that stays in the bowl when not in use. It is not large but holds a good amount of sugar.

Very pretty design but the lid does not fit properly. It's a bit too small and isn't secure. The spoon is cute, but doesn't hold very much sugar.

Perfect size for condiments and love the fact it has a spoon to go along with it. The marbled look is a nice added touch. The material is pretty smooth, so be sure to have a firm grip.

It’s a bowl. Sugar stays in it as it should. Looks good on my counter.
