Too small
Too small; Advertised as 10.5 inches but more like just under 10 inches (OD). It does have some strength and elasticity and will stretch wider temporarily. I will see if applying heat via cooking will possibly break in the rubber to remain the proper size.

Powder debris on the product
Arrived today and fits well. There is a white powder debris all over the gasket. I have contacted the seller regarding this. Hence 4 stars for now. I'll update this review later after I've tested the gasket's sealing ability.
