Emperial Food Processor and Blender 2L, Multifunctional 8in1 Citrus Juicer

I normally don't take the time to leave reviews, but this blender/ processor definitely deserve a five-star rating. I bought this appliance around October 2020. I rarely used it in the past, but recently I became a bit more domestic and decided to try new foods. This product is large, effective but still not very loud. It has multi-function capabilities-mixes, crushes, grates, liquefy, puree and can emulsify any food or substance. In addition, it is so user friendly that it encourages you to try new things with it. One of the things I love most about it is that it is effortless to clean. I am delighted with the value for money. In addition to that, the customer service is exceptional. I had a slight issue where I didn't comprehend how to work one of the many pieces that came with it, so I emailed the seller. A representative contacted me promptly with such a pleasant and helpful attitude. He went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy and satisfied before our communication ended. It was such an obvious fix I felt like a bat for contacting them in the first place. Nonetheless, he went above and beyond what I expected, and I am so satisfied.

Very good.

It does what it says on the tin. Has a lot of different attachments which some of I may never use or may only use once. It has suction feet which hold it tightly to the worktop so no fear of it 'running away'. I've used it so far for general chopping, slicing and grating plus the liquidizer for making soup. It's also incredibly powerful and I've only had to use speed 1 to get what I require. Downside; lots of different bits and bobs to clean, but they are easy to do although partner struggled to put it back together. And, the one time I did power up to speed 2, it stopped working. Luckily I think it had overheated a bit because once I'd switched it off and left it for a bit, it continued to work. As I've said already though, speed 1 and pulse is more than enough for what I want it for.

Really good for money

This item does not cut and chop as described. It basically shreds and mushes it causing a pulpy mess. The slicing option is next to useless as it slices so thin leaving it almost see through and still attached. Every time you take the jug/basin off the centre adapter flies off as it’s not secure. I would have sent this item back had I not put the packaging straight in the recycling. I definitely would not buy this again or recommend anyone else does. I’m only giving it one star due to it being delivered very quickly.

I highly recommend it, it is amazing

Nice size food processor and blender. Really easy to use and set up. The blender is a really nice size and very powerful, the food processor does exactly what I need it to. I've used the food processor to mix meat to make burgers and I've even made pizza dough in it. The juicer attachment is great the only thing I found that as you are juicing partly by hand so even the first power setting can be a bit fast but it does get the job done. The variety of attachments are really useful and all parts are dishwasher safe making it a dream to clean up. I've recently been in touch with the seller due to some queries I had, due to a fault of my own, and they have been brilliant, really quick to respond and very helpful. I would really recommend this product!

This food processor has exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly versatile and has made food preparation much quicker and easier. The blender jug handles smoothies and soups effortlessly, while the slicing, shredding, grating, and emulsifying attachments work brilliantly. The citrus juicer is an added bonus
