With 30+ years experience in trampoline production we've learnt what makes a trampoline fun, safe & long lasting. A lot of the trampolines you'll see for sale on have been made in our factory under OEM. The Zero Gravity brand is our premium offering and utilises the latest technology for a great value, fun, safe & long lasting trampoline. Plenty of models for sale tick a lot of the boxes but can you tell if they are built to a budget with corners cut? Just a few tips on what to look for.ENCLOSURE- There are two types of enclosure either an inner (attached to the edge of the jumping mat) or an outer (fits on the outside of the frame). Both are safe but if you are looking at a model with an outer enclosure ensure that the padding is as thick as possible over the frame as your childs head can easily come into contact with this whereas with an inner enclosure this cannot happen.PADDING- The thicker the better. Find out what the outside of the padding is made from, PVC is preferable as it doesn't rot under UV light unlike PE which can crumble after a year or so. LEGS- The more legs the trampoline has then the shorter the lengths of the upper frame sections can be. A shorter piece of steel is less likely to bend than a long length so the frame should be stronger. JOINTS- The majority of trampolines are made from welded steel (does not apply to Zero Gravity which is weldless). The weld is the weak point on a frame so check to see if it has supporting plates to strengthen each joint. If an image is not shown of this component assume it doesn't or ask the seller. MAX USER WEIGHT AND SPRINGS- Trampolines should only be used by one person at a time. Does your child really weigh 150KG or 23 stone? Trampolines should be tuned by the manufacturers for the weight of the user. If its over-sprung in order to increase max user weight then it could be less bouncy than one with a lower limit.

... trampolines available and also the previous feedback regarding the poor assembly instructions
We decided to buy this trampoline despite the fact that it was slightly more expensive than other trampolines available and also the previous feedback regarding the poor assembly instructions. As you can see we've only given the product 3 stars and this is solely down to the assembly instructions which are very poor for such an expensive product, its a real shame that the manufacturers have failed to address this issue despite plenty of feedback on this site confirming the problems customers are having. Instead they seem more than happy to ignore the ongoing installation issues in favour of filling pages and pages of the installation booklet with comments regarding Health & Safety. We also found some of the items (screws, bolts etc.) had their 'reference' number/letter on the outside of the packet, whilst other packets were simply left blank! The assembly of the trampoline definitely needs at least two people and based on our experience (and that of others) we would recommend you allow between 4 - 5 hours for the full assembly.Would we recommend this product? the jury is definitely still 'out' , however without a significant improvement in the manufacturers attention to the assembly instructions we would probably say overall 'no'.We hope this is helpful feedback.

Assembly instructions misleading.
I'm glad to see that other people have successfully assembled this trampoline and enjoy using it. Unfortunately I didn't get successfully past assembling the first joint. Literally. The visual paper instructions are misleading (maybe I should have watched the Youtube video but I don't like instruction videos), and if you put the pieces together in *precisely* the order indicated, the first piece pushes the second piece of metal out of shape so that it then won't engage with the third piece. I figured out a work-around with the next joint (takes some improvisation) but on returning to the first one, found it physically impossible to separate the pieces to try again. I have removed skin from my hands attempting it. If I got the same kit again I would know how to do it successfully the second time, but as it stands, I am having to return the whole thing because the joints are so tight they allow NO MISTAKES EVER. Thanks for that guys.

Don't waste your time looking at other trampolines, this is the best, so pick your size and get on with it!!
Like many others we had problems with rust affecting the welded joints on the top rail of our old 14' trampoline, which fell to bits earlier this week after corrosion ate through two out of eight parts of the top rim. So I did a bit of digging and found this one. The major personal advantage for me is it can be lifted easily by two people (ours needs to be moved for mowing the lawn) but the design and build quality of this is sheer genius. I thought the instructions were fine, and built it myself in just over seven hours, including disposal of the packaging, though there are videos on line to help you if you get stuck. It's the little touches that reveal a lot of thought has gone into the design: grips on the ladder treads; holes in the spring cover to fit the netting poles through; the spring cover being outside the netting; the ability to remove the netting in a few minutes if high winds are expected. Similar ones are much more expensive but don't don't have the features described. All at a very reasonable price of £214.95 including delivery and even that was outstanding: we ordered ours at 18:04 on Tuesday 29th May; the order was dispatched at 08:35 on 30th and arrived at about 08:30 on 31st!! A brilliant buying experience.

Great product and customer service to match
I can't praise these guys enough, really impressed with the whole customer experience. Fantastic product (12ft Ultima 4) which the kids love, well put together and very sturdy. Small issue with the trampoline mat so wrote to them and on same day they have advised on best course of action and shipped me a new mat without anything but apologies for the slight issue. A++ customer service and highly recommended
