Q: Is this a full tang knife?

I bought the size bigger, and the next size smaller, from this. I wrote to the manufacturer via Amazon, and was told yes full tang for mine. IGNORE claims that pattern rubbed off. I used Carnuba cleaner wax. Patina of metal on rag, pattern stays ON! Then coat with pure Carnuba car wax...no more rust. ALL GOOD KNIFES RUST!

Q: Is the sheath leather?

although I gave it as a gift, I am pretty sure that it was a leather sheath.

Yes, it is true, forged layer, Damascus steel. Using a high powered magnifying lens, I can see the layers along the edge of the knife, as I was inspecting it after honing.
