With APE Nutrition, you can tell that the creator is passionate about what he/she is selling and has sought after quality ingredients and verifications for our benefit. The MCT oil is 100% derived from organic coconuts, uses no palm oil and is also Soil Association verified. Along with its many other attributes, these qualities make the product and company stand out.The MCT oil is easy to use. I mostly have it in coffee, but it’ll boost shakes, drinks, broths, soups and much more. Be creative!I abide by the keto diet intermittently and already feel more clarity since using MCT oil, which keeps me in the state of ketosis that bit longer.Separate to the product itself, the APE Nutrition Instagram account is quick to answer and they post some interesting call-outs of rubbish research that social media seems to have so much of, but also data/studies/literature that we should all be exposed to.If I’m being REALLY critical, my only dislike is that the bottle is plastic, but because I try to avoid all plastic. What they have thought of though, is to make the bottle BPA free and dark/opaque so that the oil doesn’t go rancid. That’s me being very picky and I can’t expect to have everything, but it’s something they can work on.After reading my review, you’ll see why I said the product and brand is well considered. I am super pleased I found this little gem and would highly recommend to friends, family and potential buyers.

Most of important factors are in it (organic, proportions C8/C10, none of palm oil, Gluten-Free, Wheat Free, Dairy-Free, BPA free plastic bottle, etc). I got no stomach problem with it and it did improve my energy a lot! and bowel movement too:) I can see it takes total tiredness away from me within 30 min. It means when I feel like having a nap (i have to as I got Hashimoto and usually feel completely exhausted around 2pm), so if I take bullet proof coffee @ 1.30pm - I forget about tiredness and as well my head stops thinking about food until dinner.I'm very happy with it. I will order more!Would be perfect to me if it was in a glass bottle.Please let me know if you found a better MCT Oil.

Good product, just that plastic bottle?

I bought this product with the intention of trying the Keto diet after reading the book written by the MP Tom Watson, In it he sings the praises of this oil. Upon receiving the product it appeared to be oily around the top. I have used the oil numerous times now and can say that there is no taste to the oil and it looks clean. I've tried it in cooking and in bullet coffee and to be honest don't notice any difference, had it a week now so would have thought I would have noticed. Is it worth the £25 not sure that it is but psychologically it makes me feel better for using it as I have read a lot of information about MCP oil and everyone seems to sing its praises.

This stuff is amazing! Absolutely love it with my morning coffee, really gives you an extra boost of energy and prolongs the effects of the caffeine. Also awesome to know I’m getting a dose of super healthy fats first thing in the morning! Will definitely be buying again.

Fantastic product. Great quality and my energy levels have shot up since using. Delivery was fast and efficient and the effects have surpassed all my expectations (I hadn’t used the product before!). Highly recommended!!

Another really solid product from the APE Nutrition family. Have been taking this for 2 weeks now and have noticed increased energy and less food cravings.I add some to my black coffee in the morning and I'm on a comfortable buzz for most of the day. Also adding it in the afternoon shake or evening meal gives me a more full feeling so I dont raid the cupboards for snacks!!I would reccomend this product highly, not to mention its organic and Keto friendly :) 10/10
