Soft Flex 28 Gauge Craft Wire - 120 Feet 1 Spool in a Pack - Tarnish Resistant Wire for Jewelry Making

I have been learning how to do simple combinations of freeform wire wrapping and weaving. I got this wire for the weaving parts. HOW THIS COMES This comes on a spool which has plastic around it to keep the wire on. EASE OF USE I worked with this off of the spool, but next time, I may try to use this off of a silicone bobbin instead. It does kink a bit, but that is the nature of wire this thin especially. Overall I found it easy to,work with and put it together with green wire to go with the dichroic glass bead I wanted to use. This is my first official pendant project (other than a little weaving practice). I enjoyed it. BRIGHT I don't know ifmthis will stay bright or not over time, but so far it looks good. Even if it darkens some, it will still look nice with the bead. THE BOTTOM LINE This wire worked great for jewelry wire wrapping and weaving. No breakage or issues. MY RATING FIVE STARS. This is a fun wire to work with. I had no issues so far and like the way it turned out. I will definitely purchase this again when needed. PHOTO This is my very first attempt at freeform wire wrapping. I am sure over time I will get much more precise in my method, but this turned out way better than I expected. I am very happy with it.
