These are absolutely rubbish. The colours look bright on the pencil but you hardly get any colour from them under normal light so its impossible to draw designs for eg. (The reds and purples are better but the yellow doesn’t show at all) They vaguely glow under uv so totally useless for our neon party. All the kids left them and used neon paints instead.

I brought these for a uv kids party and we were very disappointed (kids upset!) They didnt glow, light up or anything. This was really disappointing as the kids were really looking forward to it. Would not buy or recommend.
