Speck Products Google Pixel 3a XL Case, Presidio Grip, Marble Grey/Anthracite Grey

I started off looking for a case upgrade for my daughter's iPhone - but ended up getting for an upgrade for my trusty Pixel 3a XL in the process. I'd switched to a Lamborghini yellow Otterbox Symmetry (with similar rigidity and maybe SLIGHTLY more cushioning) a couple years ago. It's a great case. Very slim, but relatively tough. And visible from a mile away - which I realized I wanted after trying to find a previously dark case in any low light situation. But the grip was VERY iffy in-hand and bugged me constantly.The only choice left on this one in 2021 were the light-gray model w/black grippies. It's not quite as visible as my previous day-glow case. But it's a comparable all-arounder. Similarly slim to the Otterbox Symmetry. It's not a bulky dual-layer case that won't easily slide into your pocket. Just a single hybrid shell with minimal cushioning rubber around the front/screen edge and in the corners for drops.But it's much MUCH more grippy for day-to-day. I think both cases are roughly comparable in general. I do think the Otterbox Symmetry might be SLIGHTLY tougher for drops. But the Speck Grip should mitigate 90% of your chances for drops overall.My Pixel 3a XL is relatively cheap in the grand scheme of things. If it breaks I'm out a few hundred bucks. But for my daughter's MUCH(!) more expensive iPhone - I'm ordering a (more stylish/colorful) version of this.

The case doesn't add a lot of bulk, but it's not super thin, like a skin. This gives me the impression that it can absorb some impact without imparting it to the phone, but I haven't yet dropped my phone to be able to testify to its impact resistance. This was the only reputable brand I could find that was close to white (cuz my phone is white), even so it's really like a light nintendo gray color. That being said, I think it looks pretty good, at least unique enough for me to see it if I've forgotten where I put it down. The ribs on the side, while not the greatest looking design imo, actually are functional as far as grip. While I'm accustomed to otterboxes, I'm still fairly impressed by this case. If I had to make the choice again, I'd still buy it. 9/10

Very happy with Speck case, the diagnol rubber grips are legit. I only wish the grip continued onto the bottom of the case, so when I prop up the phone it stays put.

I love this phone protector. It is such a good deal, very durable and of great quality. I can't imagine it falling apart anytime soon. It has excellent phone grip and I am very satisfied.

This is simply a color change replacement for the previous phone case. I like that the buttons are of contrasting colors. Making it easier to see in low light where the power and volume are. All black just wasn't practical. This is so much better for lessening accidental disconnect. Thank you for having this option available for the Pixel Presidente case.

I love Speck Presidio. Grippiest case on the market. Thin but tough. I've always bought them for every phone. Plus I've always got them from Amazon dirt cheap, usually under $8!

Bonito color y precio

I’ve had half dozen spec cases over the years. They have a very good design and are not trying to reinvent the wheel. Exactly what I’ve come to expect: very ergonomic and protective case. It’s a little spendy but only because it’s not for a mainstream phone. Also, active touch is much less sensitive with it on (you have to adjust it to a minimum and then it works good). Otherwise a great case.

Very happy with this case, fits snug and has already fared well after a couple of drops. Has also saved me from dropping the phone a few times thanks to the gripped areas on the sides and back. Recommended.

Really good product. Very grippy both in the hand and on the tabletop (or any surface). Good protection from drops, although no obvious extra padding at the corners. About 2mm of lip around the screen.

Looks great. Feels great in the hand. Not bulky. Fits perfectly on the phone. Excellent drop and screen protection. Highly recommended.
