Can i make meringue cookies with this? how?? there are no instructions on the label

Genies Dreamy Meringue Cookies

These Genies Dreamy Meringue Cookies are sweet, crispy and as light as air! They are perfect for any occasion and can be dressed up with different colors and/or flavors.
These cookies are super simple, to make (with only 3 ingredients + water), fat free and will and will melt in your mouth!  In fact, they even taste a little bit like a crunchy marshmallow! Enjoy

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Genies Dream Meringue Powder
1/2 cup water 
1 1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoonsGenies Dream Clearky Not Vanilla (or other flavor of your choice, I personally love them using Genies Citrus Serendipity!)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mats.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the meringue powder & water. Mix with the whisk attachment on high speed until soft peaks form. 
With the mixer still running on high, gradually add the sugar one tablespoon at a time, until it’s all used and stiff peaks form. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. 
Check for smoothness by rubbing a small amount between your fingers to be sure all of the sugar is disolved and it’s no longer gritty. If it is grainy, mix longer until it’s smooth and glossy.
Mix in the Clearly Not Vanilla (or your selected flavor).
Scoop into a piping bag fitted with a large piping tip. Pipe desired shapes onto the cookie sheets.
Bake for 45 minutes at 250°F. Turn the oven off, slightly open the oven door and leave the cookies overnight (or for 6-8 hours) until they’re completely dry and crispy.  Peel off and enjoy!

Can i use this for swiss meringue buttercream? I see that it says it in the description, but I want a person that's done it to verify.

Hi!  Here’s my recipe..
Swiss Meringue Buttercream Recipe using Genies Dream Meringue Powder:

10 teaspoons Genies Dream meringue powder
10 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
2 cups unsalted butter
2 teaspoons Clearly Not Vanilla or other flavoring

In a metal mixing bowl  (I use my kitchen-aid bowl to make it easy) add the meringue powder and water. 
Whisk until blended.

Then add the sugar and whisk until combined.

Place bowl over a saucepan with simmering water.  Cook and gently whisk until the mixture reaches about 160F.

Pour the mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer. Whip on high speed until the meringue until glossy and peaks form.

Cut up unsalted butter into small pieces or cubes. While the mixture is beating, add butter, about one cube every few seconds.

Continue to mix on high speed for several minutes until a thick, creamy frosting forms. Add flavoring and beat for another minute.

Can I use this for icing that make with Stevia or monk fruit?

Can be used for icing cookies.  However, I use it as a stabilizer added to buttercream frosting.  It is sweet and makes a perfect Royal Icing for sugar cookies.
