Bought for the dual ports, so that I could use it as a cheap recorder for a mixing board. The recording codec on this thing is just terrible. Like it might as well be a mono micro tape recorder, or a recording over a telephone line. Just really, really bad. This product is priced fairly steep for just an MP3 player. And while it has a recording function, the 1/8th jack doesn't really improve the recording capability over just using the built in mic. So the feature set isn't what you should reasonably expect from a modern consumer electronic device. The interface is incorrectly documented in the manual. The menu's are fairly kludgy. I don't think the value really stands up to the price point. Good concept. Just very poorly executed.

I've had at least four of these little "gum stick" Transcend MP3 players over the years. They're great for listening to music or other audio while in environments where you don't want to risk damaging something more expensive. But it's an old design and I wish they had come out with a version with larger capacity. Strangely, the menu and controls got worse over the different versions, and the display is tiny and hard to read if you don't have great eyesight. But I still use mine regulary, the same one I've had for years. Been thinking about getting a new one, but it seem something this obsolete by most people's standards should have gotten a lot cheaper.

I live in Japan. Where they do not sell sandisk. Sad I know. People have the misconception Japan is the land of the future. Its not. When it comes to electronics they are sadly behind the USA in quality and most importantly selection. Some things are a year or two ahead, but not so much anymore. You can't even get Samsung TVs over here. Anyway. This MP3 is number one top selling "budgjet" mp3 player in Japan. oh so my review.... Well. Its easy enough to put songs onto and I like that its just like a thumbdrive drive but with a screen and head phone jack. The screen is too small. The menu does not make much sense. Worse the manual has to be downloaded from the website and still makes little sense. I just want to put on the "random song" function. On most players this is easy enough. Either hit a certain button or fumble around in the menu for a few minutes. Not with this player. Even after reading the manual. They explain how there are seven different playback function but do not even tell you the TWO different buttons and menues and you have to go through before you can begin selecting any of the seven. I just had to guess and assume I had to be in music function. Then I had to hit the A\B-Record button to find some off shoot sub menu for EQ and repeat options. I mean DUH! why didn't I think to hit the record button sooner to get into the music menu? My other major complaint is that if you are playing a song or album, to view other albums you have to go into the "file management" menu. This automatically shuts all music playback. There is no way to look at other albums with out stopping your music. That is just dumb. I just needed a cheap mp3 player for the gym becuase I didnt want to smash my glass iphone and I keep audio books on my 5 year sandisk (which is still better than this thing). It gets the job done. It will be fine for running and the gym. I wont buy it agian. (its also cheaper in Japan which made it a better deal. Twice the memory as the same priced sandisk here in the USA). So the higher price tag for a bad mp3 player. SKIP IT! buy something else. Edit (feb 25th). I have a new major complaint! Surprise. The battery is awful. Either it really is bad or or there is no auto shutoff function. I used this thing at the gym 3 maybe 4 time before it died on me from full charge. 6 or 7 albums at best before the battery died. What? What is this 1995? I took it home. Plugged it. Charged it. A little 100% was dancing all over the gym. I tossed it into my gym bag. The next day I use, play a few song and look down. 1 of the 3 battery bars has already decreased. MP3 players this size, which no mega screen, or speakers, or wifi should last for dozens and dozens of hours. Not 8 or maybe even less than that.

E' la seconda volta che regalo questo articolo, per mie figlie, perchè ha pienamente rispettato le mie aspettative, pratico, funzionale, intuitivo, maneggevole, ottimo audio. Non si ha l'ansia di mettere in mano ad un adolescente un prodotto troppo costoso e delicato. Ottimo anche per chi lo vuole usare durante il footing perchè ha un accessorio per bloccarlo ad un pantalone o ad una cintura. Le cuffie in dotazione non permettono di ascoltare la musica a volume "alto", ma con una spesa irrisoria di 8 euro ne ho aggiunta una ottima della sony e risolto il problema!

いやぁ・・、１３個目になりましたね・・・たぶん、今後も増えると思いますが、「あほちゃうか？」っと言われそうでありますが、日常必需品になりましたね。 なんでかと云うと、ラジオ番組録音が増えて、おまけにRADIKOのタイムフリーなんて出来たんで、すぐメモリーが満杯になり、また次買ってしまいます。 聴くよりも録る時間が長いので、今録音されている番組は、半年前の番組を聴いております。 どぎゃんかせなあかんと思いながらも、中毒状態ですね。 消せばいいんですが・・・ね・・ ちなみに、一本で約１３０時間録れるのですが、音質を「高」に設定すると半分の６５時間位になります。 最近、よく売れているのか、アマゾンでも入荷待ちが一度ありました。 他のサイトでも、品薄のようで色（黒・白・ピンク）にもよるんですが、なんと8000円という価格が付いている所もありました。 標準的に、3200円から3500円迄が相場と思いますので、価格が下がるまで待って、私みたいにラジオ録音する場合は、まとめ買いがよろしいかと・・・ コンビニで代引き（32４円）分が、まとめると１回で済みます。 今まで１３個買った内、返品は１回だけありました。 わかりやすい不良品で、電源が入らない・・・充電してもダメで即返品しました。 商品が来たら、まず電源が入るかどうかチェックするようにしてます。 初めての方は、ややこしく難しいですが、慣れれば簡単であります。 日付合わせ、セッティングで各種設定、ラジオ局の自動プリセット（必ずアンテナになる付属のイヤホンを付ける事、ラジオモードにして周波数が画面に出ている状態で、上の左ボタンを軽く押すと・・・長押しすると録音状態になるので注意！・・・・ＦＭ周波数帯で世界か日本を選び、オートスキャンで自動プリセット・・・物によったら、いちいち世界か日本で毎回プリセットしなくても。全てつながる物もあるみたいで・・・よくわかりません・・・） RADIKOは、付属のミニジャックコードで、スマホのイヤホンにつなぎ、タイムフリー状態でお好みの番組を表示させ待機状態にして、MP330本体を「ＲＥＣＯＲＤ」画面を表示、まず本体の録音開始のエンターを押し、スマホから番組を再生します。 必ず、イヤホンを本体に付けて録音状態かどうかをチェックする事、場合によればスマホの音声がＯＦＦになっている場合もあるので注意。 知っているかと思いますが、タイムフリーは、１番組３時間の視聴のみで、その後は聴けないみたいです。 もう一度聴きたい（３時間超えての）場合は、他のスマホかパソコンから入れるといいでしょう。 ちなみに、ラジオ録音の時は、ファイルが日付にＦが付、ボイスやタイムフリーなどから入れるファイルは、Ｌになっています。 ボイス録音は、Ｍだったかな？ 私は、何本もＭＰ330を買っていますが、パソコンにつないで、録音した番組ファイルをハードディスクにコピーも簡単に出来ます。 そうすれば、ＭＰ330の容量を開ける事も可能ですね。 必要な時に、パソコンからＭＰ330にコピーして聴けば合理的であります。 後は、このＭＰ330は、使っては充電している内に、だんだんヘタって来て・・当たり前ですが・・・しょっちゅう充電しなければならないのが、難点であります。 まぁ、うまく付き合えば、安価で手軽でいいと思います。 8Ｇじゃなくて、32Ｇくらいの物が出ればいいんですが・・・ね 初めての人は、あの説明書では説明不足で、イライラしながら、あっちゃこっちゃ、いらい倒すと理解できるので、辛抱強く頑張ってみてください 2017.2.14.記 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ９０MＨｚ以上のワイドＦＭもこれで聴けます。(最新追加メッセージ2016.04.25.) 大阪では、２０１６年３月から、ワイドＦＭとして、「MBS毎日放送（90.6MHz)」と「ラジオ大阪(91.9MHz)」と「ABC朝日放送（93.3MHz）」が開始放送となりました。それが、これで簡単に聴けます。 つまり、「世界の周波数」モードに切り替えて、オートスキャンすると、自動的にプリセットされます。 これを買った時に、「世界の周波数」モードが初期設定になってたと思います。 それを、「日本のＦＭ周波数」に変えて、プリセットしたと思います。 それを元の「世界の周波数」にすれば、90MHz以上のラジオが聴けるんですね。 しかしながら、めんどくさいのは、従来のＦＭ放送（90MHz以下）を聴こうとすると、「日本のＦＭ周波数」に変えなければなりません。 慣れれば、簡単にすぐ切り替えれると思います。 説明書に書いていない、この世界、日本の周波数の切り替え方法は、ラジオモード（周波数表示どこでもよい・・・たんなるラジオモードで押しちゃうと、マイク機能が働きますので、必ず次のラジオ周波数表示画面にしてください）にして、上の２つのボタンの左側を押すと、いろいろあるアイコンの中で、「ＦＭ周波数帯」を選び、日本か世界を選択して、「ＦＭ周波数帯」の左のアイコンの「オートスキャン」を選べば、自動的に受信できる放送局がプリセットされます。 これで、ワイドＦＭも新たにラジオを買わなくても、聴けます。 よっぽど、100MHz以上の放送局でなければ、（90MHz帯くらいだったら）、日本中のワイドＦＭも聴けると思います。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 去年の夏に試しに買ってみたら、慣れると使いやすいのでまた、注文してしまいました。 始めは、四苦八苦、イライラしながら使っていたんですけどね。 音楽だけなら、死ぬほど入りますが、私は、ＦＭラジオを録音して、主に家事や外出時の電車や歩行時に聴いて使っております。 約１３０時間ほど入るみたいですが、音質をいい方にしているので、半分の６０時間くらいでしょうか？ それで、録音した番組が溜まって溜まってしまい、追加で発注したわけであります。 現在、１本は音楽専用、４本をラジオ録音用、このＭＰ330の下のクラス、表示窓がない奴をおやすみＢＧＭ用に使っております・・・全部で６本か・・・ 良い点は、安価で持ち歩きにも気にならない処でしょうか？ 気になる点としては、立ち上がりなどのボタンのレスポンスが、ちょっとイラと来るかな。 ラジオの録音が、たまに音飛びする。 電池が、ヘタりやすい・・？気がする。 音楽を入れると、みなさんが言ってられるように、曲順がバラバラ・・・頭にナンバリングを振っても無視？・・・ ずーと流しで聴いてるんですが、「あれ！、あの歌手のホルダーが、飛ばされている・・？」っという、疑いがあり、よくわからない。 でも、三千円代でラジオもついて、ボイスレコーダーにもなるし、８Ｇの容量だったら、文句は言えないでしょう・・かな？ （＾－＾）
