Definitely a money saver
Arrived as scheduled it was used as I ordered but looked new as if someone just opened the package no signs of use. Used to top off my car which hadn't been charged in over 10 yrs, didn't even take half a can of refrigerant now blowing ice cold with Temps here in high 90's. Saved me over $100 I would definitely recommend. Snapped right on to ac valve , gauge appears to work and long hose makes it easy to stay away from hot engine and moving parts under the hood

Compatible with lots of vehicle AC recharging cans and super easy to use!
The gauge with a reinforced hose along with the convenient trigger control made refilling my AC refrigerant SO EASY! I was nervous doing it myself but the video clip on the listing and the great instructions in the package made it seem simple. I needed to use a couple references to make sure I was attaching it to the right place because my vehicle is different than every other one for some reason but once I verified the low port location, this made getting AC refilled a snap. My arctic Elkhound LOVE how fast the cold air starts blowing in my truck now.Fit perfectly, no leaking, easy to snap onto the low port, easy to read gauge, and very well made. I read lots of reviews for these types of products and went with AC Pro because I've gotten their products in the past even though some other reviews and the listing said these are returned frequently. I suspect people return them after use because they don't need it anymore, and not due to anything being wrong with the hose and gauge themselves. I had such a good experience.

a cool purchase for DIY
This is a must for a DIYer. The cans with a hose/gauge only fill so much so likely you'll need to get another can of refrigerant if you're not just topping it off a little. Those hoses are short though so if you have a low line that isn't on the top side, you'll be struggling. Ex. my 91' supra is just midways under the alternator and those types barely reach so the can is sideways or upside down. This is not too long but long enough to reach such spots and still be able to use the can upright and rock to the side as many cans will instruct to do during the filling process.pros:- SS braided hose for durability, looks nice too- quick connect is metal as well and snaps on and releases easy- larger easy to read gauge- easy to use finger lever- protective housing around gauge- compatible with self sealing and non-self. I used Walmart brand cans to the "AZ" and "AA" brand cans they all fit- gauge will hold closed if no can on the other end acting like a diagnostic gauge even if not fillingCons:- nit pick - release is not as oversized as EZchill's for blind connecting but still easy enough. A nit pick- gauge accuracy maybe a little off but I need to confirm this with a seriously pro gauge set. The eZchill gives a different reading by a tad but either way, I got it in the green and the AC is back on- the connection design is slightly taller so on certain cars where the low faces a tight spot, you made need to push your way through. EZchill's was lower profile so slipped into tighter spots easier.Overall, I'd get it again. If you have an older car or need touch ups between cars and seasons...this would pay for itself when you don't have to buy the whole set up again and just get the charge can itself.

Did everything it said it would with ease.
Purchased just to check both vehicle AC. Easy instruction and good instructions. Once car was low, so went and got a can of freon and used gauge to fill. Again worked great. Highly recommend.

Unreal, how well this thing works and for such little money to recharge my wife's 2014 Toyota Sienna
When I first attached it to the low-service port the reading was in the red zone which scared the crap out of me. Then I realized from the instructions that I forgot to turn the AC on. The reading then dropped to 17, which indicated the refrigerant was low. Followed the instructions and got the reading up to 30, which is in the filled zone, and her A/C is working fine now. However, there could be a leak, and only time will tell. But for now, everything works great, and I would highly recommend purchasing.

digital gauge is unreliable but no warranty is worse
Well got the digital gauge by mistake from Amazon so thumbs down for Amazon. I ordered the non-digital gauge because of my doubt over longevity of digital and reliance on battery... but I needed to fix AC ASAP since it was extremely hot and muggy out, July in New England!... so despite my reluctance I decided to try it. Used it 2 times for a total of about 10 mins... turned it off when stored and made sure battery was not being accidentally turned on and it's dead now. Called InterDynamics and explained the problem and they said they have no warranty for their gauges and that it's likely a battery issue... so I have to take pics of the battery and submit it to energizer for a "Possible" new battery, and I have no idea how long that will take even if I do get a replacement battery. I need it now since my AC still needs tweaking to operate it optimally during the worst months of the year. I told them that if the battery was new, indicated by the fact that I had to pull out the plastic tab that kept the battery from being drained during storage and shipment that the battery was probably not the issue, but they don't see it that way. Even after I told them I had pretty varying pressure readings from first reading to second reading... and I know it can vary but still makes me wonder. I wanted them to replace it with the non-digital version but I got nowhere with that. Last A/C Pro product I'll buy... they are overpriced anyway and I only bought this one since I just happened to find it discounted on Amazon that day.
