can the pressure differential be adjusted? Or Can the cut in and cut out differential be adjusted?

Yes, you can adjust the trip point and the differential. Just remove the lock plate and adjust according to the vertical scale on the face. Very easy and quite accurate in my experience. I am very happy with this switch.

What is the current draw for use with 24VDC?

Does not draw any current, it does not need any power to work. The pressure will let it switch on or off.

Amps the switch will handle.? (will it work directly with a compressor motor?)

I have it hooked up to my air bags on my pickup for load handling it runs that little compressor fine I know it will work on 12 volt or household current

can it be used for autoclaves?

Not sure i used it for an air ride pressure switch on my pickup
