Essendo minerale ci sono dei accorgimenti giusti del uso. Io consiglio di oliarla leggermente dopo ogni lavaggio e aggiungere un goccio d'olio per cucinare. Così non si attacca!!!! Però vi permette di non mangiare la plastica ogni volta che cucinate.
