Love This Belt
I love this because it is not bulky and fits my small waist well. It is comfortable and the belt buckle does not bother me. I ordered a small and it is perfect, my waist is 28". It's a great color and has enough adjustment to it. Feel like my back is supported as I lift.

does the job
its not a powerlifting quality belt by any means but it does the job well. i am 6'2'' and 190lbs with a 33" waist and the medium fits well. any bigger waist and a large would be needed. its sturdy enough to add some core support for deadlifts and squats which is all i use it for. simple to use, secure strap, strong velcro. durable supportive material that feels snug and comfortable when using it.

Comfortable and secure
This lifting belt is very comfortable and the width is perfect for support when squatting.... doesn’t pinch on the stomach since there is no buckle but feels firm and secure

These are great belts
Bought this one for my son. Been using the larger size for over a decade myself, and love it.Working great for my son as well, bought it for him about 6 weeks ago, and works great.Really like how the velcro allows for precise adjustment. And I've been using one of these belts for over a decade, and the velcro still works great!

Has wide velcro strap that is as wide as buckle so doesn't shift around; gives good support.Seems well made.
