I bought this as a joke/decoration for my kitchen. My 4 year old girl loves the pig, and thinks the phrase "Stand back, Daddy's cooking" is hilarious. She runs out of the kitchen every time I get a pan out... and I haven't even lit anything on fire in weeks!The sign itself is solid metal, although somewhat thin. There are four small holes in the corners, each big enough to pin it to the wall with a small finishing nail. The sign isn't heavy at all, so you don't need much to hold it up. You probably could use a sticky Command strip or something similar if you didn't want to use a nail. Note that the faded "vintage" look is fake, it's part of the paint. That's okay with me, just don't expect it to really be rusted and aged.

Bought this as a gift for our son-in-law as he's getting a new BBQ. It came in a bubble bag with no cardboard or reinforcement of any kind. Unfortunately it was bent upon opening. Since it was a gift, we bent it back as best as possible in order to be able to give it away. A good piece of cardboard would go a long way!

I've bought vintage signs like this before and have never had any issues with damage to the signs. However, when I received this, as a gift for my uncle mind you, it was bent on the bottom left corner. I usually don't complain but...again I've had signs shipped to me before in perfect condition. Otherwise, great sign! Paint was well everything else was as stated! I'll try to get a picture uploaded, but as stated it was a gift and I wasn't thinking about pictures at the time.

Looks exactly like the picture, comes as a thin metal plate with the image on one side. Seems quite good quality but mine came a bent corner.
