2020, July - Refrigerate after opening OR does this have enough chemicals for preserative?

Refrigerate after opening according to a person in the reviews. I'm going to build an emergency food supply and the cheese my wife bought has a 2 year shelf life so I'll be getting that. As for the jalapeno goes, she's bought that at the store & she's also added a spice to it when making meals with that ''Hot'' so I hope this helps. **Another buyer just messaged me & said he through it out because it was really runny..... Hi, what is the shelf life?

There is nothing on the container regarding shelf life, but my last purchase was in January of 2019, and I just used some of this cheese yesterday from one that was opened in May 2020, and it is as good as the first one I opened in January 2019. The "best used by date" on it is February 2020. After opening, I refrigerate it -- not sure it that's required, but I figure it doesn't harm it.
