So far so good (but required a tune up)
The assembly of this bike didn't take too long, however, I'd love to see a more detailed guide especially about the mounting handlebar since it was a bit confusing. Overall it took about 15-20 minutes from unpacking the box to a first ride. The battery was pre-charged, so I was able to jump on a bike and enjoy how great it works both with and without pedal assistance. So far so good!UPD from 05/12/2019: After almost three weeks of riding I started noticing some squeaky sounds when I use either the front or rear brake. Also, I noticed that when I'm switching to the 7th speed it actually switches to the 6th gear. So I decided to go to the bike store to let them tune up the bike and tight loosened screws. After I pick up my bike I think it goes much better :))))A shout out to the customer support from the supplier of this bike who was able to chime in and get this issue with the tune-up resolved for me - it's great to deal with the supplier who is responsible for what they sell.

Really great!
This is my first Ebike. And it didn’t disappoint me. Better quality than expected. The bike also comes 95% assembled, and you need to assemble it before you ride it. It is easy to install. It is so beautiful and stylish after finished. The first thing you will likely notice is the lack of fenders and rear rack. This is not exactly bad news. However, you could customize this and add them yourself to get a setup that is perfect for you. This Ebike has PAS mode and Ebike mode(no needing to manual pedal). Driving this e-bike is the compact, quiet, and reliable 350w motor. In PAS mode, the motor provides powerful power so the bike could reach speeds very well. It doesn’t produce a lot of noise, even in the highest level of assist. The Ebike mode is especially nice for riders that have issues with keeping tension on their legs during the riding trip. It is a lot of fun when you first start using it. This is the mode I primarily use, and it has been awesome when commuting with it. Besides, once I rode this ebike without the pedal assist, and it is not big difference with the mountain bikes. That makes me with no worried about the situation of battery running out.The display is out of the way, and offers an easy read-out. Located on the left side of the handlebars, the control pad was very intuitive. It shows the speed, odometer, trip distance, battery level remaining, and PAS level. It seems to be durable. The display has two main buttons for controlling pedal assist level that are easy to locate without having to glance down at the display. The LED headlight is a nice aluminum alloy housed unit with internally routed wires, giving it a clean look. It is integrated to the main battery and is toggled easily by the main display. The backlight for the display tied into the toggle for the head-light. The backlight feature is really great when riding in low-light conditions. This super bright headlight is great for being seen while commuting, or lighting a dark trail as the sun goes down. I also appreciate the four-modes switching taillight, it is recharged and make you more safety in busy road. What is more, the battery is 10.4 Ah, which is larger than others at this price point. And it seems to be durable. In addition, other features include ergonomic locking grips, rechargeable phone mount holder internally routed cables, which all are the intimate detail designed.Overall, I really enjoyed my time on the REIBOK Ebike. I think it has a unique blend of sheer power, speed and utility. So I would recommend anyone who looking for an inexpensive ebike to strongly, the REIBOK ebike is your best choice.

Do not be leery!
I was leery about buying a bike online fearing if something was wrong how would I get service along with “is this company legit”? Well I pulled the trigger and received the bike and I did have a few issues but the service I received from the seller was outstanding. I received prompt email replies and I was able to get the issues fixed at a local bike shop and the seller reimbursed me.This bike is good quality. The local bike shop was “somewhat” impressed given the price I paid. Prior to buying this bike I test drove their $2500 Trek and it was very nice but I couldn’t justify a $2500 purchase to do some weekend riding but I really wanted an e-bike as I like(d) the idea of pedal assist to make the wind and hills less daunting. So once I got the bike corrected I rode it for the first time and I think its ‘more fun’ than the $2500 bike as it seems peppier and being a “motor-head” this is something I like to feel. This bike doesn’t have the same quality of parts as the Trek but for what I will be doing (riding the rails-to-trails pathways) it is perfect.I feel this bike is a very good deal considering the options at the local bike stores (and online).
