Good quality product. Came is really nice packaging.Picture quality is good but it’ll also depend on the content you are streaming. Streaming service is not included in it. Software is decent, has tendency to lag. It’s a small hassle to close and open the file again.Bluetooth remote is slow to react and has to be in direct line of unit to work. Also discharges batteries really quick.

Device arrived on time in a great shape. Took less than 5min to setup the box which already came with all required accessories. Customer service was excellent for my queries.

The box was working great, loved ease of remote functions. No freezing up.Remote stop working, changed batteries still not working. I contacted seller.The seller offered to send new remote even though outside of warranty time.Very happy customer

I had (and will keep) my firestick for years, but as it only has 8gb, there's not a lot of room for expansion, nor does it record programs. This Buzz Box does all that.. Their customer service is second to none. The picture quality is heads and shoulders above what I got from my firestick. because of the user manual they include, it took less than 5 minutes to set up. I highly recommend this to anyone cutting the cable cord.

Some player problem (Sometimes channel freeze, and ch Up then Down helps, so it's a player, not stream) , but price is right. Kody works great on it: Plays 4K 60 frames per sec really smooth.

Remote conteol won't work and now i have to change language back to english every time i turn it on 🤬😡

Just bought my IPTV box and was looking forward to using it. Finally was shipped to me and right out of the box everything was good.Turned the unit off to go run some errands and turned it back on. I got the android recovery mode screen. That's weird?? Tried to reset the box by pressing the reset button in the back of the unit and it still would not reset and kept showing the android recovery screen.Safe to say I'm not happy with the purchase.Hopefully this can get resolved and I will provide and update.Dwayne

I had a XPL 3000 and bought this because it says no buffering, I am still getting some buffering on some channels. I like the Bluetooth remote.I like to watch Deadliest Catch and after about 30 seconds the video starts to lag the sound, by about 2 seconds, otherwise, I would give it a 5/5 if this didn't happen.Can the seller give an idea of why this may be happening and how to solve it?

Great box ... could use better documentation for PVR recording features etc. Remote chews battery .. turn off remote back light helps

This is my second Buzz Box. The older one served me (and continue to serve me) well fir over two years. This new one gives me much better image quality and less wait time to cache streaming content.An excellent choice

I ORDERED THE 4500, IT COMES UNWRAPPED AND HAD THE 4000 MODEL INSIDE. BEWARE. BUYING A RETURNED ITEM IS SOMETIMES NORMAL BUT AT LEAST PUT THE RIGHT PRODUCT IN THE BOX BECAUSE THERES A BIG PRICE DIFFERENCE.
