How much drink does 1 packet make?

One packet is equal to 1 wedge of a lime. I use 2 packets to a 10 oz glass of water, just to give it a hit of lime.

Could it be used to make a margarita? As the "base" lime flavor and then add ??

ABSOLUTELY !!! That is my MAIN use for it ... and it works GREAT. I put one or 1 packets True Lime, 2 oz tequila, 1 oz of Triple-sec (sometimes I also use a packet of the TRUE ORANGE), a couple packets of artificial sweetener, and about a cup of ice into a blender ... and mix...... SIMPLE and fairly low cal. I highly recommend it for Margaritas!!
