This dress would have been perfect if it was as pictured by the seller. The stars and moons on the skirt are made of fibers felted onto the tulle skirt. Most of them have damage or are worn off. The skirt has one seam on the right side of the dress and it is very crudely made. The seam sticks out like a sore thumb. Also, the underskirt is a cheap polyester fabric different from the top. The top is super cute, but the skirt makes it look old and used. I wouldn't have bought this at Goodwill. Definitely returning.
