Excellent for faux wax seals!
I purchased this wax to use in wax seals as a decoration and to close up my packages that I send out to customers. I don't use this as a true letter seal. It is not brittle like letter sealing wax, and will not break if tampered with. Instead, it is rather supple and is more likely to peel off whole than crumble or break. It is slightly more "oily" than letter sealing wax - it leaves a little more residue and oil bleed-through on the paper. This is not a problem for me because it is on the outside if the package for me, just holding the binding twine in place. It takes an image beautifully. I use my plain old metal letter seals with it with no problem. If the oily residue is a problem for you, I recommend making your seals on a piece of parchment paper, letting them cool, then peeling them off. You will be left with lovely faux wax seals. Add a bit of adhesive to the back, and you have instant wax seals to apply to any project. I will be purchasing again once my supply runs out. Can't wait to try the other colors too!

Perfect For Sealing Wine Bottles
Used these with my home-brewed wine to seal the bottles. It was easy to use and looked professional on the bottle. The color even matched the wine so it looked professional. Great buy.

Great for making seals!
Wonderful for my Burgundy wax seals! I used this to make wax seals for my wedding invitations and they were nice and opaque. Definitely a true dark Burgundy. I made about 200 seals and I haven't even used half of the bag. Well worth your money!

CAN YOU FEEL ME NOW MR. CRABS?
WAX ME UP AND CALL ME AUNT PETUNIA. Great wax beads. Love the color options. Would recommend for bottling or a sensual evening with a lady. Or man. Itโs 2019 so, why not? ๐

Nice and Easy Does It
This wax works well and easy to pour from a spoon using a small votive candle, and make sure you mark your area before you pour. My impressions work great after about a half dozen times, but I now know how much I need.

Exactly what I wanted
I buy these beads to seal bottles of bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. I melt them in a wax melter, 75 watts, electric. When melted I dip the tops of each capped, full bottle twice, then I slowly rotate the bottle several seconds while it cools, then I quickly dip it in cold water. These work very well for making a bottle look decorative.

easy to use
This stuff is very easy to use and it came out great. The only issue was that when I tried to seal the cork, it didnt completely seal the cork.

interesting
I bought this item to seal my gift bottles. Worked great. A bit thin when melted. But I think that was my fault for getting it too hot. I had to dip the bottles twice for a thicker seal. Nice deep rich color.
