Yes - The patella support brace is comfortable to wear discretely beneath clothing on either leg.

I am a home inspector and I am kneeling down to see things constantly. The pad around the knee is thicker that other braces that i have used and will let you stay on your knees for a longer time. After having them on about 6 hours I'm ready to take them off,

No. But it is the mot effective brace I've ever had. It's adjustable so that you can make it as tight as you wish and then change the tightness anytime with ease.
