Nice, attractive, but the instructions are terrible.
The instruction weren't clear, so let me help. At the end of the unmade bow you can pull the bow apart. Inside where you pull it apart are two pieces of ribbon, about 1/4" wide. Grasp those 2 small ribbons while holding the rest of the ribbon in place, and pull. That is what makes the bow. It can be disassembled by grasping the triangle piece at the end and pulling the ribbon away.

Worst Bow Ever....old and falling apart
This bow must have been in the warehouse for years. Instructions are horrible with no clue as to which end to pull. The pull strings broke immediately so I manually gathered the bow intending to use the pull string to hold the bow together. The pull stings were so rotten they broke with slight pressure. Very disappointing since this bow was to go on my Granddaughter's gift of a new car for Christmas. Just totally and literally a bust.

Need more instructions, maybe make the pull strings a different color.
I initially rated this poorly because I did get the big bow together even though the strings broke. Then I did not have any instructions on the smaller bows. The seller sent me some instructions, which should have gone out with the package. I still had problems and the seller offered a refund, but then I finally found the strings, they were attached to one of the bigger ribbons and I mean really attached. I had spent a lot of time looking for those strings and had other people looking for them too, so look carefully. Finally success.

You call those instructions? Seriously?
The large bow is quite impressive, once I got it figured out, but the six smaller are mediocre, at best. The amount of time it took to figure out how to do this "simple process" of pulling the string was totally ridiculous and as others have suggested, simply making the pull string a different color would likely at least make finding the strings easier. And seriously, a better video -- would that be so hard?My attempt at the instructions for the large bow the way I did it: Most of the red ribbon sections have a plastic ring on each end. Look for the two sections of ribbon that only have the plastic ring on one end, and the other end is cut straight across. Those are the tails of the bow and where you will find the string that you need to pull. The "string" is actually a very thin ribbon, not really a string, and mine was laying on the "wrong" side of the ribbon. What I did then was grip that single string in one hand, and begin pulling, while with the other hand, simply holding the ribbons at the base (where the string was pulling out of). Sometimes I had to tug at it, but just keep pulling until you get it all pulled and then tie a knot and fluff if needed. The end result of mine is very impressive looking, and as you pull the string, you can see how it's forming the bow.For the small ones: After much frustration, I finally realized that if you lay flat one of the ribbons, one end is a point and then other end is sort of fringe, or tails. Look at each piece of those tails and you will find two strings (again, actually not a string but a thin piece of ribbon). These strings are identical color to the ribbon, so check closely. I don't know if my technique was the best, but I just held the ribbon in one hand, and BOTH strings in the other hand, and did the same pulling motion, holding onto the ribbon at the base where the string was pulling out. I did find that to actually make it look anything like a bow, I had to pull the strings VERY tight at the end and then I tied a simple knot. Admittedly, mine don't look that great. I even tried different pulling techniques but the best I could come up with are bows I will likely use to be viewed at a distance, not if anyone is going to look at them up close, or maybe put several together into one bigger bow.I love the idea of this product, and the big one especially came together quite easily, but wow, no one should have to spend this much time trying to figure out how to make something that should be quite simple. Good luck!
