The poster is medium thickness (about card stock thickness) and lightly laminated. While it could go on the wall/door as is, I believe within a year's time it may fade or the edges might curl if you don't frame or laminate it. Overall the color scheme will catch the eye. The words will encourage and teach. The poster would likely be a nice addition to a school room, youth center or counseling office. I'll frame it and hang in my home's school room as a gentle reminder of both how to be a friend and characteristics to watch for in the relationships we keep.

It was framed and put at the entrance of a preschool classroom. It looks nice in a white frame.I had a problem with it curling up due to the laminating. It was a bit of a struggle to get it into the frame. Worth the effort though!

I bought this to decorate my “home classroom” since I’m teaching my students remotely. I purchased it because of the message on it as it is so important that kids are reminded of this. I was even happier when I opened it to find its laminated, and not just poster board material!! It’ll definitely last until I can be in the classroom :)

Great poster. It is bright and colorful and was perfect for my office. The size is perfect. I am an elementary school counselor and the poster really describes friendship in a way that my students understand.
