It came with several cds. Quite helpful. But I don't think she used them consistently. If you get them use them daily. The only way to succeed is to work your brain as much as possible. I would recommend them but also try and find a yoga class for stroke survivors. **Q: I fell down stairs and broke my wrist, so I'm looking for a program to strengthen my feet, my core and my hands. Is this video suitable for me?** A: It is for movement recovery after stroke, so if you are not extremely weak and are otherwise healthy, it would take many, many repetitions in one session to make it effective as a strength builder. **Q: how much is the dvd** A: Yes ## Frequently Bought Together - FlintFit Stroke Recovery Exercises: Therapy Videos for Hands, Arms, Core, and Legs - Hope After Stroke for Caregivers and Survivors: The Holistic Guide To Getting Your Life Back - Stroke Recovery What Now?: When Physical Therapy Ends, But Your Recovery Continues --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/143208976-stroke-recovery-exercises-therapy-videos-for-hands-arms-core-legs](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/143208976-stroke-recovery-exercises-therapy-videos-for-hands-arms-core-legs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
