Fantastic, even for small hands!
PLEASE NOTE: some of the other customers that posted images are wearing the brace incredibly wrong! --I was actually a little nervous it wouldn't fit after reading some of the other reviews, but if you have this on correctly, it fits!! I'm a 5'1 female with petite hands (yes, the finger "pocket" extends slightly over the top of my fingers, but I actually view this as an advantage- extra protection for my injured hand). The material is softer and has a little more cushion than I expected. There are two metal splints internally (one under your hand and one on top) that you can be easily bent for a custom fit- I found it to be more comfortable to have my hand at slight curve-feels very natural. Edit: I did end up cutting a small slice into the brace to remove the metal splint that is in the top of the brace- I actually found the brace has plenty of support w.o this piece and it reduced some of the -minimal- rubbing.

Pinky brace
It is a bit larger for a woman's hand, but with some shifting up the wrist it did a good job keeping my fingers in place to help heal my injury. I was able to wrap my pinky and four fingers together to support and minimize aching

Very good, not excellent, needs additional stitching
Good, natural fit, provided good support where it was needed. Application is straightforward. Unfortunately, cannot rate it as a five as the buckle for the securing hook and snap fastening is only held in place by hook and snap (velcro) and as you apply tightening pressure on the strap that goes around the palm of the hand it would start to pull the buckle off. I had to put in additional stitching just next to the buckle and this fixed the issue. Happy with the results!

It's inexpensive, feels perfect in my hand, and offers incredible value for the money.

Worked for me!
Great alternative to doctors over priced braces. Smaller than most boxer break casts. Started to fall apart at the 6 week mark however still structurally sound. Metal guides started to be exposed however lasted entirety of healing process. More of a wrist guard rather than a full on brace.

Fantastic
Unfortunately, I ended up with a boxers fracture. Having had one before, I was quite familiar with the recovery process. Ordered this, and used it for a week for convenience and to save some $. Went to an urgent care for a quick x-ray to confirm everything was healing properly and the doctor was very impressed with the quality of this brace. Out of curiosity I asked the urgent care about their pricing for a similar brace. $450. Definitely worth a purchase if you find yourself in a stick situation. Just make sure you bend the metal guide/support rods in a way that keeps your fingers slightly bent inwards!

Uncomfortable but helpful
Messed up my hand using a dolly. Ordered this to help hold my hand straight. It works very well! Very adjustable! Thanks for saving me a trip to the doctor for one!

Adult Male Only
I am an adult male who is 5’ 10” tall and weighs 165lbs. I believe my hands are slightly larger than average and I wear large size gloves. This brace fits almost perfectly on me. It is a tad bit big, but that’s no problem. It will definitely fit larger hands than mine. I’m pretty sure it will fit any average adult male’s hands. It is too big for women’s hands though. At least any real woman I have ever met.Anyways, I hope the picture helps. I included the yard stick and regular Bic lighter for size reference.
