Was a little disappointed that you have to take the dome off to see the designs. Seems to be a easy way to loose parts and get broken. Not what the picture shows at all!!! I was thinking we where getting a globe like light with designs not something we had to take a part like we do. My daughter says she will just use it as a night light with out the designs in fear of the top getting broken or lost. But she loves it all in all.
