Pure Shilajit Resin - Raw & Authentic - Supreme Grade High Potency

Tried this after seeing loads of videos pop up about the stuff. I dont regret it. Days 1-2 I just felt more i had more energy and days 3-5 the detox has begun I don't suffer from constipation or have any issues passing a stool but if you do I would recommend last 2 days its cleared me out 😂 aswell as this my overall mood has seemed to improve aswell as my energy. Everyone's saying about the taste but I genrally enjoy the taste I've tried it with warm water tea and coffee and seems pretty nice with all of them another I would recommend if you don't like the taste to pair with tea :) . Will try to update on my progress with shilajit from around days 10-15.

I've been using shilajit for about a year it's changed my life. I'm 55 and have more energy now than when in my 30s. This product is a hard resin and a bit difficult to get out of the pot but add a couple of drops and I mean a couple not much, of boiling water and let it sit and it will soften up and be easier to get out. I use about a grain of rice size bit every day in my morning coffee. I'm a postie and walk far at a fast pace it helps me keep that up for 5 + hours. Can't recommen this enough the hype is true it's amazing.

Use of this product is very easy small glass 50mm Diameter x 30mm ht container with screw cap and inner plastic seal cap when removed it is best to heat a teaspoon in your coffee with handle side in the hot cup take the warm end of the spoon and insert in the Shilajit and remove a pea size drop of the shilajit and insert in coffee remove spoon and hover over coffee and let the contents run of the end of the warm spoon end. Took about 10days to have an effect reduced pain in back better sleep and reduced anxiety. I take one pea size drop in the morning and in the evening usually with food. Takes a bit of getting used too as the smell is quite pungent

Good quality shilajit. A noticeable difference after just a couple of days. Unfortunately price has now doubled, so won't purchase again.

It seems to take a while to notice Shilajit at work but when it does, WOW! Think of it as a filing system being used to clean all the unwanted junk accumulating in your body. It begins working in one area before branching off to the cleansing of yet another fragmented area. Slowly as time progressed, I have begun to see more areas of positive improvement. The first noticeable effect was a better, restful, sleep pattern which was a great place to start as far as I was concerned. A good nights sleep flipped the switch, producing less fatigue during the day. Keep in mind, that's after only one month's time. I'm looking forward to continuing future purchases of Shilajit as I progress in my quest for a better alternative for good health the natural way.

I brought some of this because I actually see it on TikTok and thought I’d give it a go and I have to say I don’t know if it helped and brought two pots. The first pot I couldn’t get much out it was like tar but second pot was much easier but like I said I don’t feel like it didn’t anything and after seeing the price increase from the £12 I paid to £19 I don’t think I will be ordering from this seller again sadly... For the tiny pot I don’t think it’s worth it. It does have a horrible taste but once in your coffee it’s not that bad and bearable!

Bit sticky so has to be dissolved in boiled water. I mix with tea and although some dont like the taste I find it earthy and natural. It has significantly ncreased my energy levels and brain activity. My hair has grown thicker with improved texture and my blood pressure has dropped. My son who recommended it to me and has been taking for a month longer than I have, his bald patch has virtually disappesred. Would highly recommend.

I ordered shilajit to use as an antioxidant and to improve my body's immunity. I remember from childhood we always have a piece of mumijo (another name for this wonder) and use it for various purpose. It is packed with minerals and can even improve memory. I was pleased with the packaging and a quality of shilajit. It is tough and viscous but not as hard as stone, so you can easily separate a portion needed. On its own, it smells a bit rubbery but considering all the benefits it is a small price to pay :) I am taking it daily diluted in my morning coffee. Shilajit might be a little pricey, and I am happy that I found this one for reasonably cheap.

I’ve heard a lot about Shilajit as a kid. And were thingking that this product doesn’t exist anymore 🙈 I was so excited to try it since I don’t eat food on time and have stomach problems, also this product helps with hairloss too. I’ve been drinking Shilajit for more than a week now. And, can say, that I feel So far So good 😊
