Thankful for the product
Can't sneeze, cough, or laugh hard without a little leakage, lol. Getting old is not glamorous, but these pads help to give back confidence in daily living. Absorbency is great, I don't worry about leakage or smell. They stick well and fit fine. I prefer the long length, I guess everyone has their own preferences. I highly recommend.

Excellent pads!!
These are so good! I’ve tried every pad out there and they all leaked when I had a “gush”. I think it’s the indent in the center of these but all I know is no more overflow!! They are a bit thicker but it’s worth it to feel secure.

Very comfortable and absorbent
Let’s face it, being incontinent is not fun and is uncomfortable and embarrassing. These pads help so much. They are very absorbent, the lining stays dry and there has not been any problem with odor. They are nice and long, and the adhesive actually works really well. When I do have an accident they absorb very quickly and the liquid is pulled away from your body and the lining stays nice and dry.I recently got stuck in traffic and couldn’t make it home (I have a nerve disease causing me problems with muscles and nerves and just have very little control) and though I thought I was going to be soaked I got home to a very heavy pad but dry undies and pants. It was amazing how soaked the pad was without any leakage and even as swollen with fluid as it was the top was still dry.

Awesome Product
I have MS and bladder control issues ranging from light to heavy and never knowing which I am going to deal with. I have to say that you can feel confident with this brand. No leakage unless you go too long. It gives me peace of mind to know that I have this kind of protection and I don’t have to wear a diaper. It’s like when I used to have my period. I’m use to that kind of protection. I use maximum protections because why take a risk? I hope if you try this you will have the same experience. I use them with Thinx bladder leak shorts. They are a little expensive, but the protection is wonderful if you use with the prevail pad for the best results. https://www.amazon.com/Thinx-Period-Sleep-Shorts-Absorbency/dp/B08Y3T91FS/ref=asc_df_B08Y3T91FS?tag=bngsmtphsnus-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=80058307777694&hvnetw=s&hvqmt=e&hvbmt=be&hvdev=c&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=&hvtargid=pla-4583657840509262&psc=1

Pads leak like a sieve. Little or no absorbent.
My wife just recently purchased a four-pack case of these Prevail pads. She had used these pads previously before without any problems. This last order was either changed in design or defective. The "Maxsorb" area in the center, which is supposedly there for maximum absorption, DID NOT ABSORB ANY SIGNIFICANT LEAKAGE, ONLY ALLOWED IT TO PASS DIRECTLY THROUGH TO CLOTHING. There is essentially no absorbing medium in the center of the pad, only on the edges. There are only two thin layers to hold the pad together in the "Maxsorb" area. Photos attached show the layering of the pad center, thin or absent in the center. A flashlight shown through the "Maxsorb" area shows there is no absorbing medium there. She had a "urinary event" and the absence of padding allowed that to soak her dress pants. DO NOT BUY THESE INCONTINENCE PADS!!! They will not absorb urinary voiding!!!! The large case is too big and expensive to return.
