I bought a small and a big bottle and no straps on them.** A: The first generation of 600ml bottles included the strap (known as "gravity kit"). This was discontinued earlier this year so no bottles are sold with the strap anymore. **Q: The larger bottle fit an ibis mtb? hard to tell from picture.** A: This will vary based on model, model year, frame size, and the rear shock on the bike. But typically yes. Ibis is very good about accommodating water bottles in their frames. A good way to check is using a standard water bottle and cage. If it fits, ours should as well. Our system uses about the same amount of space but the big advantage is the bottle comes out sideways so it doesn't need any room to slide forward. **Q: My bottle did not come with screws what do i do?** A: You need low profile head M5 screws with this mount. The height of the screw head should be no more than 3.2 mm, and diameter 9.4 mm, because otherwise the head won't hide inside the mount openings and/or bind and scratch the bottle base during twisting action. **Q: I need an extra bottle...do you sell just the bottle?** A: Yes, you can purchase the "replacement bottle" individually.
