hello, yes return it via amazon and get a full refund, these are built badly and break with use on games where you have to "click fast". good news is the return was done within 2 weeks. my son now has a better mouse at half the cost..

The advert mentions customisable pinkie rest. Does this have a fin like the thumb rest in the box to use?

It has multiple pinkie rests in the box to use including a huge fin very similar to the thumb rest which i currently use, the fins are also adjustable to allow you to make the grips even wider. Hope that helps :)
