Great upgrade/replacement.
Easy install and good quality, my original third brake light was oxidized and cracked. Was looking for an upgrade and came across this, plug and play for the most part for installation. Highly recommend taking the time to clean the mating surface before installing, comes with a new seal that sticks to the new light and keeps water from entering your cab. The cargo lamps are quite bright, the one thing that the oem light couldn’t do, because it was broken. During the day, unless it’s on it’s hard to tell from a distance it’s aftermarket. Very clean modern look, for not a lot of money or time to install.

Works well. Great bang for your buck
I added clear silicone to the inside and a little bit around the supplied gasket before Installing. So far so good. Had it for about a month and in 2 thunderstorms. Seem to hold up good but again I added clear silicone all around the edges, middle hole where the wires come out of, and the supplied gasket before installing and they seem to be holding up great. Super bright, the red shines great and the white helps when loading at night. Camera doesn't do it justice. Installed in my 1997 GMC SIERRA 1500 extended cab.

Great look and replacement for my 1994 silverado third brake light

Bright good quality light!
I wanted to update the old faded 3rd brake light on my 1996 k1500 so i decided to give this light a try. Overall I am very pleased with the fit and look. The light is very bright and so far it hasn’t leaked. The installation was mostly smooth and easy, the only thing that I did not like was the included rubber washer that seals the screw holes. These could have been done better. If you tighten the screws down on these rubber washers alone they will break. I added a small metal washer to each screw and put the rubber washer behind that in order to prevent destroying the washer on assembly. Easy fix but still something to note.
