The Art of Junji Ito: Twisted Visions

I can't express absolutely how much I love this book! This artbook has 132 pieces in it, including pieces that were thought to be lost media. They cover a huge range of style, from tame to incredibly gory. There's also a range of mediums used and the scans of his pieces even include the detail the piece was made on (e.g. the surface of the canvas and individual paintstrokes). The index is so incredibly detailed and Ito gives his opinion on each piece in the book along with the materials used to make it. It also includes an exclusive and lengthy interview along with an afterword about his (at the time) 30 years of doing art. I couldn't recommend this more, it's an amazing book for references, inspiration and art appreciation.

Lovely book full of junji ito artworks, no scratches or ripped oranges, the delivery person gave it with care. Honestly if you want to see special junji ito artworks then get it!! It’s worth the price and it’s double the size of junji itos manga :))

Haunting and beautiful, just what I’d expect from Junji Ito. The book itself is of very good quality, both the cover and pages look pristine.

The front of the book was all scratched up so I returned it and asked for a refund.
