It just had that cheap, thin, flimsy type of tin feel and look. I tried to push it down, it fit well but as soon as I pushed, it just broke right off. Save your money, time and trouble. Sounds like this works for some, but not for me. It is made of nice / good materials and is really cute. So I was very disappointed it came apart the first use. The rubber stopper plugged my sink and there was no drainage. But the first time I pulled the plug up to drain water from my sink, the fish broke off! Then I spent 20 minutes trying every way possible to get the rubber plug out of my drain. It took use of a screwdriver and pliers to finally remove the plug.
