How to trim:With one hand grab hold on the leather and the other pull and twist the buckle. So it looks like a plus sign. The metal opens like a hinge from the inside, don't force it.. it only opens one way. Pry open with a small screwdriver or other flat object. Then remove the belt, trim and put it back together. Then press the buckle and rotate it back. It is easy to handle. There are 5 grommets in the belt, so it is ok for you to choose your approximate pant size. And we considerably send you the punch if more holes needed. The illustrations in the picture show you how easy it is for you to take the belt away from the buckle and cut to your size. The belt is two sides wearable. Both sides are fine made smoothly. They will match your formal dress pants. So it means you pay one belt but get two colors available indeed. Great deal. More attractive is the buckle. It is easy to rotate when stretch the buckle with a little strength, just like the picture. So you can overturn the belt easily without taking it off the buckle. Check your size selection carefully - the guidance may be pessimistic about sizes.
At the price these seem like really nice belts. Decent belt material and good buckles.Taking note of the sizing advice I ordered one as a probably generous fit on the basis that I could always modify it easily to be a little shorter. It is very much longer than expected.The quality being ok I ordered a second belt taking account of my revised interpretation of the sizing guidance and without opting for a bit of additional safety margin. This belt is an excellent fit albeit it still generous. I have to use the hole for the tightest setting. That means it could accommodate variation of approximately 4 inches/10cm from the size shown.So, for example, the belt has 3 sizes shown.US in inches. will be xx to xx+2 inches. so, for example and using my oversized order 42 - 44 inches.The EUR size is reported as 110cm - i.e. approx 43.5 inches.The FULL size (length of the belt material to where is is fixed in the buckle) is 125cm - approx 49 inches.For a 36" to 38" belt (US sizes with the 36" being quite accurate as the minimum fit using the holes provided. Anything smaller would require the addition of another hole.)EUR size 95cm (approx 37.5 inches)FULL size 110cm.So the EUR size in cms tends to be advising towards the larger end of the intended fit range.Final observation. The offer text indicates the belts come in a presentation box.Both of my belts were ordered at an apparently low special offer price and came adequately packed but without any box. At the price I paid I was not expecting (nor needed) a box but for anyone buying as a gift and for whom the box might be important just be aware that you may have to provide your own.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY- MISLEADING DESCRIPTION
Had to return this item because the description is completely misleading. What I ordered was a Leather belt in a gift box. What I received, as well as them sending the wrong size, was a plastic belt, (it stretches and its like elastic), in a plastic bag which says Made in China on it. It showed up as being discounted to 13.99 from 69.99. There is no way anyone would ever consider paying 69.99 for a plastic belt. I wish I had listened to similar reviews before buying.

Excellent belt
This actually is real leather throughout unlike some belts on Amazon that say they are. I have no idea how it will wear but it looks great at the moment, and very reasonably priced. Easy to shorten to the required length, so I have no idea why they offer so many lengths. No hole punch is provided and the offered choice of buckle is nowhere to be found. However, very satisfied, highly recommended.

Made of plastic! don't bother
This is advertised as a leather belt but It's made of plastic. So was the unsightly plastic bag that it came in.This was supposed to be a gift box. Not much more to say than that.This seems to be what you can expect now on Amazon which has become a breeding ground for fake goods and fake reviews.

Not as described!
Amazon you really need to check fake descriptions, this belt is not 100% leather nor does it come in a box. it's from China in a plastic bag. The advise to by a size bigger also means it does not fit! Off to find a drill to make holes, not worth the hassle of trying to send back!

Nice Belt
This is a nice leather belt, with a nice buckle which can be easily turned over so you can have a brown or black belt. I would say buy 1 size larger than you think you need. No punch and no gift box but still a nice belt.

Did not come in a gift box as mentioned in advert
Nice belt, bought as a gift so pleased to see it was advertised to come in it's own gift box but unfortunately it didn't, it just came in a plain cheap mesh wrapper inside a plastic bag. I could have got a similar belt cheaper but paid the extra because of the box so just be aware of this when ordering.

Not entirely as advertised.......
The belt seems ok but I chose this belt, over other similar items, because it come with a presentation box and I was giving this as a gift. It has arrived in a cheap flimsy very unattractive brown finish cloth bag, inside a resealable plastic bag! Not really what was advertised?! I will be sending this back if a gift box does not immediately follow in the post.
