Great ladder. I’ve had it for about a year now and use it all the time. The transformability is the real win—it adjusts into so many configurations and handles a wide range of projects without needing multiple ladders. Solid, reliable, and extremely versatile. One of those tools you’re glad you invested in.

Only regret was not purchasing this whenever they initially came out because my other ladders are now obsolete and stored in the shed permanently...I really appreciate being able to use on uneven surfaces and having the quick ability to level it...the only ladder I would have needed 35 years ago when I bought my house, this is a great asset for your home for cleaning gutters to getting on the roof to whatever, also love the rollers and light relative weight and being able to use it on stairs as well...super happy with purchase.

Easy to adjust height etc. doesn’t take long to figure out. The flared legs on the bottom give extras support-it feels very sturdy. To be fair, it is heavier than your average ladder- because the aluminum is thicker for strength , etc. but it does have wheels at the bottom, so that helps with maneuverability. It is worth the hype, and is a good design. Husband was on it cleaning out the gutters, while Little Me stood at the bottom watching out- all went well, and we both were confident that it was safe…and yes, i did get on it and climbed up to clean out a gutter -it felt very safe, I wasn’t wobbly at all. We bought a used one..it was just like new, only cheaper..:) the box was heavy, and had to be delivered specially, so keep that in mind when you order it..you may have to pick it up at the post office..though I don’t know how your postal service is for you. Just be aware of when it’s coming and how you’ll be getting it…just be careful folks ..it’s heavy. And we think it’s worth it. Purchased for my dad- easy to use once you understand it. Very sturdy in both the V shape and as a lean-to. It is very heavy. Folds up pretty tight. Overall, it’s exactly what he wanted and worth the purchase.

I love this ladder! This ladder is highly adjustable and pretty easy to use. I have used it in A-Frame mode to reach the rain gutters on my house and also to access the attic from my closet. I have used it in extended mode to get up on the roof of my house, which is about 18 feet at the lowest point. Definitely worth the money. PROs It's adjustable. It can be used in A-Frame mode or straight. It can be extended to adjust the height in either mode. The locking mechanisms feel very solid. I have no concerns about the ladder slipping while I'm standing on it. CONs It's heavy. It's difficult for one person to carry. if your garage is a mess (like mine) and you have to maneuver around obstacles to get it in and out of it's storage location it's best to have two people. Likewise with getting it into position when it's extended to it's full height.

I have to say I wish I ordered this years sooner. There are so many little things this ladder does well. I ordered it to help with painting a shed that had a weird side. The yard is terraced so one side of the shed is raised and awkward, and high to get to. I have a 6 foot a- frame ladder and a 16 ft extension ladder. Neither really seemed to work well. The little giant was the perfect in-between. Super stable with the ratcheting legs (a must in my opinion), and the 2 sided adjustments. Put me in a very comfortable, and safe position to finish painting. Then I used to repair our 2nd story deck. Again super stable on uneven ground. My only cons (which do not over shadow the pros). It is a little bit heavy, but to have the functionality it really has to be. Then because it has several adjustment options you need to be very careful. There are pinch points that could easily grab fingers. I found it helpful to lay the ladder on its side initially to get a feel for the "click in" points. There are situations where a 2nd person is helpful. But after using a few times it gets more intuitive. Overall I (as an avg DIY homeowner) would highly recommend. Again, ratcheting legs a must!

I purchased this ladder to do some cleaning at my home roof (mold and gutters) and install some surveillance cameras around my house. With the help of this fantastic product I finished the job in no time. The ladder can be adjusted in many ways it is light enough to carry it around and it is super stable. I strongly recommend it: Quality, design and great features at the right price!

I am really afraid of hights and this ladder offered me a stability like none i ever experienced before. If you deal with uneven ground, the extendable stabilizer is a perfect solution. It is quite heavy, but I doubt that much could be done to reduce the weight while retaining the amazing versatility. I am very pleased with my purchase. Gone are the days of trembling on a shaky kadder and praying to survive the experience. Particularly if you are afraid of heights and concerned about safety, the expense is justified. I got the working step on platform, but did not use it yet.
