The box says '3 Ways to Charge' USB, Hand Crank and Solar. I got the product home and started looking at it- I found the port for the adapter and looked through the ones I had-none fit. I then looked on Freeplay's website and found no adapter listed as a product to buy, I also looked for the Solar panel but their website said this was only available in the UK. I went on desertcart and saw the link to an adapter that Freeplay's website said would fit, but when I attempted to go to that website the website was no longer available. So, I have this lantern with the only way to power it is by the hand-crank. This is not at all what I thought I was purchasing. I sent an email to the Freeplay website customer service over two weeks ago- have yet to get a reply. I am returning this product.
