Several customers have indicated they are not sterile. How was this noticed?

These vials are not capped and sealed as proper sterile vials should be.

What are the dimensions of these vials? How big is the opening, and how much does it taper in the neck?

ACS Pharma Vials are 10ml but can fill silightly over 11ml Vial size and dimensions are base 25cm (1inch) x 52cm height (2inches) Vial weight is approximately 22grams per vial Vial Mouth size is 20mm crimp finish Hope this helps!

If I wanted to reuse these, is that possible? And if they are reused, how often would I need to replace the butyl stoppers (if at all?)

As cheap as the are i personally would not try to reuse but if you do you’ll just have to keep an eye in the stopper because the needle will start to break down the stopper
