Solid little cases that STAY closed (and that's a good thing)
When I was looking for travel cases for my OTCs, I wanted to find something small and portable (as opposed to my bigger organizer for my prescriptions), but also something that would stay closed in my travels. I saw a lot of reviews saying these were hard to open, and while for some that would be a negative, for me it means I don't have to worry about the case opening up and spilling my medicines. I could very easily see this being a frustrating problem for people with RA or others with difficulty opening small clasps or with hand strength issues. If that's the situation, this is not the case for you. It does require some pressure to get the clasp to open. But if you have hand strength, and want a case that will stay shut for sure, I love this case.

Cases are good and nice compartments but they are ridiculously hard to open

Great for travel
I wish the side that opens up was a little more clearly labeled, but otherwise it works great. I’d say each compartment would hold about 10-20 small little pills (like Zyrtec or Benadryl).

Perfect size, lightweight and has sufficient room for all my vitamins.

Best compact pill box option
This is the smallest and most compact pill case. The only downside compared to others is the lack of a water-resistant seal. It's probably fine for travel bags and cars, but it might be questionable for your pocket or if it gets wet. This is the Westwood case which is no longer available. You also can't beat the price per unit.

Convenient and functional
Simple and deep enough for a good amount of pills. 4 separate compartments which has allowed me to take a variety of pills to keep in my car.

Overall Okay
The clip broke on one, and when dropped they have the tendency to bust open, leaving you to pick up all of your pills, which is obviously not ideal especially if you're not able-bodied enough to get on the floor to pick them up. They do a good job of keeping the pills separated, though.

Great for travel and EDC!
Seems well made. Lid closes securely and holds a surprising amount. I like the size, fits perfectly in my backpack with my first aid kit.
