I just added water at the beginning to the unit and every 6- 8 hours changed out 4 frozen water bottles. I have hip replacement surgery in two days and needed this and now have no time to procure a replacement. This is not fair for this product to not be returnable. This slows the manufacturer to produce low quality products that can’t be returned for being defective. This is also a bad reflection on Amazon who sell this garbage.
