The two translucent white soft umbrellas and the background clip were not properly packaged/protected. One 85W LED bulb arrived broken, I could hear the broken pieces rattling in the box. One single head lamp holder arrived defective, it couldn't light the bulb and it tripped my breaker when plugged into the electrical outlet. The tripod for the background bracket system came apart when adjusting the height. On a positive note, the background cloth is of good quality.
