This is a fantastic trick taking game. In fact, this is my favorite trick taking game! If you like hearts, spades, euchre, fox in the forest, or any other trick taking games, you should definitely pick this one up. While I personally love the art, this is a turn off for some. Inside Up Games is reprinting this game with a more family driven theme and are calling Sea Change. It's the exact same mechanics with a new, less violent, pro ecosystem theme. This is a pretty neat trick-taking game with a few innovative twists. The trump suit can change in the middle of a trick, and some cards have negative points, so it’s not always in your best interest to win a trick! The art is gory in a cartoonish way, which suits the theme of the game but may be a little too much for younger kids. This is the game that got me more interested in other types of trick-taking games.

Just bought this at the Origins game convention after chatting with the creator and playtesting another new game of his. This game is a ton of fun and even my 7yo enjoyed it.
