Caron Simply Soft 3-Pack Yarn, 3oz, Gauge 4 Medium Worsted, 100% Acrylic -White - Machine Wash & Dry

This yarn is perfect for making baby blankets. For crocheting, it's very soft, washes up well, and the color is so sweet.

It's Caron yarn, soft, beautiful and as with all caron yarn splits if you're not careful. However I still love the product. I continue to use it.

Soft yarn that's a little thinner than most brands the same weight. Good quality and decent size for your money although it doesn't have as much yarn in a skein as other brands. I have had no problem with tangling, but some problem with splitting but I think that's the hooks I'm using.

My favorite yarn, not always easy to get more than one of each color. Needed it for a new baby blanket. This yarn does it best for me. Always so soft.

I always enjoy working with this nice, soft yarn. This 3 pack of white Simply Soft yarn was a decent price. This package was actually came package perfectly! Just the right size box, extra room filled with packing paper, so the contents would not shift around in transit. I sure wish whomever packed this purchase for me could pack everything I order from Amazon! I'd no longer receive more dented cans of food, no more crushed gift tins of food gifts during the holidays, and more important, I could feel safe in ordering any cardboard food cartons and order beverages and soups again without having my Amazon carton delivered dripping from the crushed boxes of squash soups dripping over my front porch floor from inside my Amazon carton/order. What a happy day!!!! This shouldn't be such a rare occurrence with all my Amazon orders over several decades of the many purchases I have made from Amazon!

Here's what I love about it - the product line offers lots of great colors. It has a really cool "sheen" to it, and it's SUPER soft and cuddly. If I could give a half star, I'd give it a 3.5/5 Now what I don't love so much - it splits VERY EASILY, which gets very tedious, frustrating, and downright infuriating. The "SUPER soft and cuddly" quality, also means fuzz and pilling. And that "sheen" I mentioned, makes it nearly impossible to use it in conjunction with another type of acrylic yarn because the textures TOTALLY don't match. Caron Simply Soft was fairly easy on the wallet, but now that JOANN went belly-up, you typically end up paying $8 + for 315 yards, and quite often even more than that. The selection options can be very limited, and the more in-demand the color is, the more expensive it is. Amazon is always my “go-to,” but sometimes the color I need isn’t a Prime offering, so it can take a while to get and sometimes you end up paying shipping fees. Michale's carries a very limited stock of this yarn in the store, so you nearly always have to order online - no instant gratification.
