I regret having purchased this (3 bottles) as there is no indication on the bottle where the Nicotinamide came from. Also, unlike earlier bottles it does not state Nicotinamide Riboside; just Nicotinamide. Likely bogus or maybe in violation of ChromaDex patents. I will send these back and stick with the name brand. That said, Tru-Niagen is too much money! They need to get back to their earlier pricing.

It was fine, I found a comparable product, at a better price, will not purchase this brand again.

This is a hard one to review, especially since I just started taking it, but the science behind it is sound. It helps your telomeres regenerate and keeps your dna younger and able to more accurately reproduce.

NAD is an acronym that stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide . The only active ingredient in NAD+ Pure is nicotinamide (NAM) aka niacinamide, a form of Vitamin B3, and is typically used to treat a niacin deficiency that usually manifests as pellagra. According to Wikipedia, high doses of nicotinamide can cause liver problems. This was not mentioned in the product literature. Because of the above, I probably will not in the future purchase any products marketed by or through MasterMIND nutritionals.

I bought this a month and a half ago and it was nicotinamide riboside 300mg, took it for a month, 2 capsules a day, and liked it. I purchased it again this week and it showed up a different ingredient and quantity within each pill but yet, the advertisement is the same labeling and seems they are selling a faulty product now. This bottle contains Nicotinamide 500mg. NOT NAD+ anymore.
