Great lock and customer service
The lock feels and looks like a high quality lock. The lock has some weight to it and the finishes are attractive and do not look cheap. Instructions for programing the door lock were easy to follow. Also, the seller was responsive, polite and helpful when I called with some questions on installation and quickly sent me a replacement part that I misplaced after unboxing. A+++ on customer service!

Garbage design
Probably the worst lock I’ve ever tried to install? Parts didn’t line up properly, not to mention I needed to order a longer door latch. Anther 40.00 with shipping. Very disappointed and wouldn’t buy or recommend again. Tech support sent me a half acre picture of what it is suppose to look like. To no avail didn’t work and of coarse past the return window. Pissed 400 away on a paper weight. Lovely.

Great product, sturdy, needs some additional support.
I don't like how long it takes to read the ID stickers. I have also looked for ID stickers and cannot locate them to purchase more.

Piece of Junk
Do not buy this. Had two different locksmiths attempt to install it - neither could. It is poorly designed. By the time I tried to return it, the return window closed. Lost $375 - THANKS AMAZON.
