Pint of Blood Standard (16 Fl Oz)

I almost took 1 star off because this came used! There was a slit in the secured, foiled closure. It had wet, and old, dried blood on the opening, and the cap. Would expect better quality control. Someone obviously retured this, and nobody checked to see if they had already used it. Moving on to the product itself, I used this, and a spray can of blood that was also bought on here. The hand prints on the costume was made with this fake blood. I rubbed the squirts in from the spray blood. Took less than 10 minutes to do the squirts, the handprints, finger rub, and washing of my hands. I thought my hands were definitely, stained, as you can see in the pic, but one good washing with warm water, soap, and a paper towel and it's almost gone. This was super easy, which was what I needed. Fyi... easiest way to apply! I used a tiny amount of fake blood from this bottle on a plate, smeared it with my hands to make the hand prints. White paper towel is to show you the color it'll look on something white. Looks, and feels like real blood. There's still a lot left if you pour what you'll need out on a plate, and then apply. At least for what I did. Most of the streaks on the costume was done with the squirt/spray can in my picture. Used 1 finger to smear in the wet squirts. Having both made this super quick, and easy.

I used this bottle for the junior class's Haunted Hallway late last year, and all my classmates loved it. There was plenty for all the actors to use, and I even had some to spare to take home. It dries really well and doesn't flake like some brands do. Not to mention for use on my clothes it worked out wonderfully. It dried very quickly and looked very realistic. Once it came time to scrub all the goop off my skin it came off really easily and didn't stain very much at all. It WILL stain any and all fabric it comes in contact with (I accidentally stained my cloth bracelet) but it doesn't stain skin very much. A great product, especially if you need a lot of blood.

I used this to make blood stains, which was pretty fun. I called up a bunch of friends, filled up some water guns and had a blast. It doesn't stain the skin too bad or too long. I was covered in it for hours and only had a small pink tint that lasted a for the day. I'm not sure how well it stained the clothes however, as I haven't bothered to wash it yet. Still, the stuff is very fun and very realistic! It has a good consistency, somewhere in between syrup and water. poor a little out before hand to test, it mixes well with water. It has a nice deep red color when wet and a slightly bright crimson color when dry versus the pink or dark browns I've see before. The stuff takes forever to dry though, so plan to do it 1-2 days in advance! ****EDIT**** Finally washed it. Had it sitting around for a couple of months, didn't stain anything else and the color really didn't fade all that much - we have very hard water so I'm impressed!

I bought this after hearing that it was a product that looked and dried more like the brownish/purple color of actual blood and less like the orangey/pink color of whatever it is that was slathered all across the sets of Hammer Horror productions. I was not disappointed. After filling a spray bottle with this stuff and going to town on a white dress, I managed to arrive at a Halloween party looking like somebody who had been violently shot rather than looking like somebody who had been violently painting. I can't attest to how well it wears on the skin, but I recommend it to anybody needing to bloody up some clothing.

Used it on my clothes for a zombie cosplay, and it was alright, maybe a bit light colored for my liking. But after spraying my clothes with it, I decided not to use it on my skin, because my fingertips were stained for hours after only touching it a little bit. If you need to spray down some fabric, this is satisfactory. I'm pretty sure if I had used more, I could've gotten a deeper effect. Also, my fingers DID come clean after washing them a few times, so as long as you have nowhere to be immediately after you need to take this stuff off, then go for it.

Great product, very realistic

This product was great. It ran like blood and therefore I got it all over my hands and my shirt. My hands were pink for a little while so I thought my shirt was a gonner and my forhead would be pink maybe even my hair for work the next day BUT nope! It washed out of my shirt very nicely and off my face and hair with ease. No residual pinkness at all. Great price, great product.

Great product! A huge quantity for the price, works like a charm. Can stain skin temporarily, but usually comes off fairly quickly. If I somehow run out any time soon I know I’ll be buying this bad boy again. An added bonus is the fast that the packaging kinda looks like lighter fluid, a double scare for your pals!
